Refunds & Returns

At Citizen of Heaven, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products, including pre-packaged communion items, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened communion cups or consumable products
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable)

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

 

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.
