Shipping policy

We carry most items in stock; however, some items are especially handmade with love per order. Orders can be collected when you receive a notification that your order is ready for collection at our Branch in Carletonville or we offer nationwide door to door delivery with The Courier Guy. All orders above R800 includes FREE delivery. All order below R800 is R100 nationwide. 

Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday, no shipping on Saturday or Sunday (Weekends). Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that there will be someone to receive the order during working hours. This is the Customers responsibility. Items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after payment was received.

The customer will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the product leaves dispatch. We do offer DHL for International Shipping. Please contact us for more info.
